Wit beer is a traditional Belgian beer style which is also brewed with wheat. With the increasing popularity of non-alcoholic beer, we want to try to enrich the non-alcoholic beer landscape with a new style. The Wit is a non-alcoholic beer in the style of a Belgian Wit beer. The alcohol-free character is created with a special yeast that cannot ferment malt sugar. When cooking the wort and storing the beer, Curacao orange peels and ground coriander seeds are traditionally added.
